Our courses include course elements as required by the state regulating agency for that course, which can include course expiration dates, course timers, learning assessments and identity validation requirements. Students who are excluded from training for failure of any required course elements will be required to re-register to complete training.
Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You may not share your account or allow another person to complete your course on your behalf. Course completion is tied to the registered user only. Any suspected sharing or unauthorized access may result in immediate suspension without refund.
Identity Verification
Students must complete all coursework as themselves. Misrepresentation of identity during training, assessments, or identity validation requirements is grounds for immediate dismissal without refund and may be reported to the Virginia Department of Motor Vehicles.
Course Access & Expiration
Course access begins on the date of purchase. The following expiration periods apply by course type:
Driver Improvement: 6 months from date of purchase
RADEP Programs: 6 months from date of purchase
Driver’s Education (Teen & Adult): 1 year from date of purchase
3x Fail Course: 6 months from date of purchase
Students who do not complete their course within the applicable access period will be required to re-register and repurchase. No extensions or refunds are granted for expired enrollments.
Certificate Issuance & DMV Reporting
Completion certificates are issued upon successful completion of all required course elements. Where applicable, course completion is reported to the Virginia Department of Motor Vehicles on the student’s behalf. Veeve LLC is not responsible for DMV processing times or the outcome of any DMV review following course completion.

All course content, videos, materials, and resources available on this website are the property of Veeve LLC and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or share any course content in any form without prior written permission from Veeve LLC.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Virginia.
Modifications to These Terms
Veeve LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.
